The Hush Hush Weekender is the most consistently out of control Friday night dance party. But with The Bangers, The Rapture, and Kaiser P behind the weekly chaos, it's easy to see why. Each week they share the tables with a constant rotating who-who of NYC DJs (see site for the impressive list). The spot when you don't know where to go on Friday.

A weekly live showcase of underground rock bands. Come early for the open bar from 9-10. After 11 or without RSVP it gets well expensive. This is a hit or miss depending on the bands so check the site to see who's playing. The open bar is always worth it however.
