At FreeNYC, we pride ourselves on accurate event information. Often times, however, promoters will change times, locations, open bars, talent and a variety of other aspects of an event without our notification. These situations are out of our control. Occasionally, we receive flawed information. When this happens, we make every effort to correct the mistakes but some times this is simply not possible. That said, we try to provide a source link for every post (when available) and highly recommend checking with the promoter, venue, or website before heading out to an event. We can not be held responsible for changes in door charge, open bar policy, talent, or other event characteristics. Of course, final entry is always left to the discretion of the venue.

Additionally, we try and create a working policy with all of our events and their respective promoters. From time to time we will post an event which is not deemed "public" or fit for mass distribution. If this happens, we ask that you contact our staff immediately and we will rectify the situation. If you prefer that we refrain from posting events at your venue or by your organization all together then please just let us know and we will refrain from doing so.

And finally, the internal pages of this site, beyond the home page, are not monitored on a daily basis. We highly recommend that you confirm this information before heading out. If you find a faulty link, or if your event has been discontinued, please contact us and we will correct the website. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
