ISCP Open Studios

Presented twice a year, ISCP Open Studios offer the public, art professionals and other enthusiasts access to cutting-edge contemporary art practices from around the world. These free events provide an exclusive peek into the production, process and personal archives of celebrated artists with global reputations, many of whom are showing their work in New York for the first time." Tonight is the opening reception, show continues through Monday.

Perk Street Lounge Opening

The PerkStreet Lounge will provide a work and lounge space with free coffee & Wi-Fi for the local community from noon-8pm each day, Nov. 5th-22nd. All you have to do is call them up and mention FreeNYC to by pass the usual $20 cover. Keep in mind there is still a 2 drink minimum ($5-$8) but what's a little stand-up with out a few cold ones.
