Join Rec Youth - A Teen Outreach and Media Arts Educational Program - in breaking out of the summer heat with Rec Youth - Breakout At the Bandshell. The Festivities include dance performances, A Michael Jackson Tribute, singers, spoken word, photography, and screenings of independent films created by young and aspiring film makers. All Ages.
