The Ubells will answer all home repair questions, from the most basic to the most vexing, and those with seemingly intractable problems are invited to bring photos as well. All Ages.
"The Gurus of How-To" offer encouragement and dispense advice on The Leonard Lopate Show on the second Wednesday of every month. Alvin has been appearing on the show for over 25 years, during its previous incarnation as "New York & Co," and Larry began joining Leonard and his dad in-studio 12 years ago. They also run Accurate Building Inspectors, a full service building and home inspection firm based in Brooklyn.
