At Brooklyn, Barter, & Buy "Select vendors will bring clothing, shoes, and accessories that they no longer fit or want focusing on streetwear/contemporary clothing. Vendors will have their own section for their company, but their friends and associates can also participate in the section. Vendors will price each item accordingly (keeping in mind that attendees will becoming to the event to get a deal). Items (new or used) will be marked at or around the wholesale price. The public will be able to swap goods with the vendors or simply buy" Plus, tunes from Ill P, Radio Rose, and Teddy King. Plus plus drunk specials, Bloody Mary's, and an Open Bar from Red Bull.

Art Makes Eye Contact

Help rebuild a community through art. The latest show sale at Secret Project Robot, opening tonight, features work by a serious collection of FreeNYC favorite artists. With works by Swoon, Barry McGee, Daphne Fitzpatrick, Paper Rad, Maya Hayuk, Faile, Kiki Smith, Steve Powers, Martha Cooper, Bill Daniel, and many more. The evening kids off early "with Braddock, PA in Context, film screenings exploring the post-industrial city, followed by a barbeque/food transformation at 5pm and sale and raffles from 6pm-10pm."

We don't list enough Manhattan weekend nightlife events (see, I listen to you) so here's one for those of you brave enough to travel above 14th St. Every Saturday, Marc-Alan Gray and a bevy of lovely host Pop Off! with glammed out electro jam's all night. It's kind of a nice half-way point between Guest House and Annex. Tonight welcomes Roxy Cottontail, Lauren Flax and Ernesto of Todosantos along with repeat offenders Dimitry!!!, Lily of the Valley, and Heartme! 21+
