"Come-one-come-all class of esoteric Hatha Yoga this tonight in Central Park. Learn the deeper connection between asanas and the 7 chakras, flows of energy and power of mental concentration in this introductory class. Practice is suitable for experienced yogis and beginners. Bring a yoga mat or towel and wear comfortable clothing. All are welcome!"
