While we tend to use Galapagos for bangin' bass, dance floor shake ups and overall debauchery, there really are a variety of uses for the place. Today the Brooklyn County Fair takes over and celebrates country music. Come see the likes of The Flanks (CD Release), The Newton Gang (EP release), Yarn, Jon Itkin, The Doc Marshalls, & Jamie Lun Smith and The Red Tail Hawk Band. 21+

Spring Overlook Concert Series

For the rest of May, The Riverside Park teams up with the Manhattan School of Music and Columbia University to present free, afternoon concerts. This weekend features the Clumbia Woodwind Ensemble with director Andrew Pease performing early Italian music to John Phillips Sousa. All Ages.
