Tonight, the Brooklyn-based quartet Soul Cycle takes to the stage with their blend of soul, jazz, hip-hop, and funk. "Influenced by the early 1970s sound of Herbie Hancock, Weather Report, Miles Davis, and James Brown, the group plays with a focus on rhythmic energy and a free-wheeling incorporation of a plethora of musical styles and moods, often within the same composition."
